Regulatory and legal framework for implementation of the principle of openness and transparency in the activities of the internal affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The article presents an analysis of the main regulatory provisions that determine the area of legal regulation of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan from the standpoint of the principle of openness and transparency. Revealing the essential aspects of the implementation of this principle, the authors focus on the area of regulatory and legal sources that consolidate the conceptual features of the functioning of the Uzbek law enforcement institution, the dominant trend of which is the strengthening of public confidence in the internal affairs bodies in the context of further strengthening of democracy in the state.
