Regulatory prerequisites of sectoral legislation and international acts on the provision of living quarters for military personnel of the national guard of the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the regulatory prerequisites of the industry legislation and international acts regulating the housing provision of military personnel of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. The study found that the general norms of industry legislation affect the implementation of certain forms of housing provision for military personnel. Based on the results of the work, a conclusion was made regarding the branch affiliation of the institute of law under consideration.
