Normative contract as a source of law

In this article, the author examines the place of the normative contract among the sources of law. The definitions of a normative contract (regulatory contract), as well as its varieties according to Russian legislation, are given. A separate place is given to the characteristics of the Federal Treaty, international treaties and collective labor contracts and agreements. In conclusion, a conclusion is made about the specifics of the normative contract and its difference from other sources of law.
