The differences in value interpretation of legal propositions within the frames of different types of apprehension of law are researched. The author offers a new view at the connection of value legal hierarchy and diversity of legal propositions; also he tries to solve a number of problems of contemporary legal theory with the help of scientific development of a new axiological type of apprehension of law.
