Norms on liability for unfinished criminal activity in Russian pre-revolutionary legislation

This article analyzes the legislation on liability for unfinished criminal activity in pre-revolutionary Russia, and also examines the main stages of its formation. Each stage has its own regulatory legal acts, which have their own characteristics and individual approaches to the institution of an unfinished crime.
