This article contains analytical information about the processes of innovative formants of national literatures and the peculiarities of the literary process of the 1980s - 1990s of the XX century - the time of the "second thaw". The consideration is based on an analysis of the features of the literary process in line with approaches to form, the presentation of new material both in the late Soviet period of the “second thaw” and in the post-Soviet period of time.
