New form of organisation of medico-psychological and social assistance to patients with mental disorders under outpatient conditions

Center of psychosocial rehabilitation of patients has created card- index of mentally ill needing medical-psychological and social assistance. From 358 patients 76,5 % are constituted by schizophrenic patients. Practically everybody in disastrous material position and experience financial difficulties. Psychological correction is an important compound of psychosocial rehabilitation of mentally ill. Collaboration of psychiatrists, psychologists? Social workers, psychotherapists and lawyers makes specialized medico-psychological and social assistance rendering complex-, consistent- and address-oriented.
