The new model of quality improvement of education in Russian university of culture and arts

The author’s model of development in the field of improvement of quality of formation of higher education institutions of culture is presented in article. It is emphasized that among tendencies of development of modern system of training for the sphere of culture the most significant are network interaction and multilevel integration. The conclusion is drawn that in modern conditions only strongly integrated organizations can carry out innovative activity successfully systematically. Opportunities for formation of network structure of interaction of higher education institutions in the all-Russian educational space, capable to provide mobility within a network of educational programs and projects on the basis of a combination of horizontal integration and support of integration processes to the open professional environment are shown. As the main mechanisms of integration activity of Federal educational and methodical association in system of the higher education is determined by the integrated group of specialties and the directions of preparation “51.00.00 Cultural studies and sociocultural projects”; creation of the professional expert community urged to carry out public and professional accreditation and accreditation examination in the sphere of culture and art; creation of new all-Russian system of professional development and retraining. The directions of further development of the Moscow state institute of culture are defined.
