The newest approaches to tourism studying based on systematic and structural points positions are summarized in the article. Polystructure of tourism system is considered. Basic geographic, social and production structures are analysed. Dynamic characteristics of tourism system and its interaction with external environment are considered. Particular attention is paid to current transformation of visitors' behavioural model and production structure.
