"New" forms of forced labour in modern economic conditions

The preconditions arisen in modern economic conditions of the latent forced labour are reflected. Authors conclude that at a local level employers form working conditions in which the worker is compelled to work with infringements of safety rules and over normalized working hours. The expediency of establishment of the state requirements to formation of local normative base of the enterprises based on the system approach, opportunity of forecasting and elimination of negative consequences of latent forced labour for workers, employers and the state is proved.
