Zircon is a well-known and widely used geochronometer, in particular, owing to its stability and ability to keep radiogenic lead during high-temperature metamorphism. In the 1970-80s of the 20th century, structural relationship between rocks and some figures of potassium-argon datings (radiological age (K-Ar) from 249 ± 11 up to 455 ± 25 million years [1, 2], and from 268 ± 24 up to 382 ± 20 million years [3]), relationship of magmatic formations with each other, and also with containing, frequently paleontologically characterized rock masses were considered to be the main attributes in defining the complex age. New data obtained in the Center of Isotopic Research VSEGEI allowed to find out the most probable age interval of the central Pai-Khoi dolerite complex equal to 369.8 ± 2.27 million years.
