New circumstances as grounds for reviewing court rulings: problems of judicial practice

The article, based on the analysis of court rulings, shows some problems of the practice of applying by courts the rules governing the rules for reviewing judicial acts on newly discovered or new circumstances in civil proceedings. The author focuses on the analysis of the arguments that guided the highest judicial instances of the Russian Federation, canceling court decisions on refusal to satisfy applications for reconsideration of cases under new circumstances.
