New approaches in the legal regulation of ensuring public safety in the territory of the Sverdlovsk region

Based on the analysis of normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, the author establishes that the legal regulation of ensuring public safety is carried out within the framework of subjects of joint jurisdiction of the Russian Federation and the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, defines the system of legislation in the field of ensuring public safety in the Russian Federation. Considering the regulatory legal acts in the field of ensuring public safety adopted in the Sverdlovsk region in 2019, an attempt is made to identify approaches to legal regulation in the studied subject area.
