New systems of payment of work at schools: features of introduction and first results

In article on the basis of the large actual material the analysis of features of introduction of new systems of payment of work at schools 77 subjects of Russian Federation in 2009-2010годах is given. Is shown, that the introduction new system labor paid has resulted in essential growth of wages of the teachers and other groups of the personnel of schools. In 2009году in a line of regions the salary of the teachers has come nearer to the average salary on economy. In 2010 at general growth of the salary the differentiation between regions has amplified, and on some regions the decrease of the salary of the teachers, and also backlog of their salary from average on economy began. The planned tendency is capable to bring to nothing a positive effect from increase of wages at introduction of new systems of payment of work at schools.
