Новый либеральный класс в Японии: на основе латентно-классового анализа

В настоящее время в Японии большинство людей предпочитают голосовать за консервативные партии. По этой причине антиконсерваторы и старые либералы теряют власть и политическое представительство. Это исследование посвящено формирующемуся в стране среднему классу, который в перспективе может привести к победе альтернативной либеральной политики. Используя результаты Интернет-опроса 2018 года как основу, мы попытались сформулировать особенности нового либерального класса, строя теорию классовой артикуляции и комбинируя эту теорию с латентно-классовым анализом для сравнения новых либералов со старыми либералами и консерваторами. Это первая попытка применить латентно-классовый анализ для выявления различий в политических предпочтениях среди возможных социальных классов. Мы проанализировали некоторые персональные черты новых либералов, используя собственные 18 категорий личности. Изучены также их социальные установки путём сопоставления их ответов на вопросы с ответами старых либералов. Несмотря на то что наш анализ показал отсутствие у новых либералов восходящей социальной мобильности, их личности, согласно полученным данным, образуют новый политический класс, особенно чувствительный к проблемам окружающей среды и придерживающийся минимального потребления. Мы установили, что новые либералы старше 60 лет окончили университет или аспирантуру, считаются профессионалами в своей области, но имеют низкие доходы. Кроме того, обнаружено, что, хотя новых либералов можно считать политическим классом, они не представлены в партийной системе Японии. Впрочем, для более точного понимания их особенностей следует проводить дальнейшие исследования, основанные на опросах, особенно среди пожилых людей.
