Modern method of luminescent analysis of glandular stomach part cells in chickens using fluorchrome «Steins all»

The method of luminescent spectral analysis using metachromatic fluorescent tag «Steins all» (in author’s modification) allow examination of dynamic of proportion factors` changes of nucleic acids and proteins in epithelium of alveolar glands in mucosa of glandular stomach part in chickens.The obtained data testifies to possibility of the given method usage for revealing the early metabolic changes in glandular stomach part in chickens before characteristic pathomorphological and clinical changes at salmonellosis.
