New educational cluster "educational institution-high school-enterprise" аs a basis for creation of the center for gifted children

The current socio-economic problems of the Samara region in the engineering and IT fields are considered in this article. The solution of the problems is the creation of an educational cluster based on the center of the engineering direction "Gifted Children". The author considers the goals, objectives, principles of organization and planned effects and results of the center.
