The article deals with the concepts of patriotism and moral and patriotic education in the context of preschool pedagogy. There is revealed the pedagogic potential of the museum of ethnography as an educational space in the process of developing patriotic feelings of preschool children. There is suggested the pedagogic model of moral and patriotic education of preschool children by the means of museum pedagogy.
