The moral aspect of the categories «competence», «correctness», «in pject» and «principality» in the professional activity of a police officer

The article presents an analysis of the content of such concepts as «competence», «correctness», «impartiality» and «principleness», fixed, but not disclosed in the «Code of Ethics and Official Conduct of Employees of the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Russian Federation». Presenting a more detailed coverage of the noted categories, the authors define as the goal of their analysis the focus of the attention of pedagogical workers of educational organizations of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, as well as various categories of commanding persons in the internal affairs bodies, on the expediency of a substantive appeal to the professional and moral aspects of the content of the considered categories as «levels of knowledge» the true meaning of the moral prescriptions addressed to the personality of the police officer.
