Does the Russian criminal process need a justice principle?

The author of the article has researched various points of view of thinkers and scientists for a long time to the present, the views of religions, analyzed the legislative activities of many countries on the need for legislative consolidation of justice among the principles of criminal procedure law. He examined examples of domestic judicial practice, which presupposes the existence of such a principle in criminal proceedings, but at the same time is absent in the codified law. I came to an informed conclusion about such a need.
