Attenuated M. agalactiae А-319 strain produced after series of passages on chicken embryos was determined to have high immunogenicity; it does not induce responses, reverse reactions, and loesn not have contagiocity. Ovine immunity becomes strained at 20-30 daes after vaccination with M. agalactiae A-319 strain.
