This clinical study aims to evaluate the biocompatibility of vascular prostheses BASEKS with the body of the recipient. Clinical parameters of reactivity of patients getting vascular prostheses BASEKS and reactivity of patients after other surgical interventions were compared in the investigation. An evening skin temperature in the axillary space, the time of normalization of the level of white blood cells, the presence of pathological abnormalities in the blood of the formula in the first 5 postoperative days and the timing of normalization of plasma fibrinogen levels, and the level of C-reactive protein were investigated as indicators of biological response. Significant differences between the responses of patients got BASEKS №6 in the femoropopliteal position and the responses of patients underwent similar surgical trauma with other surgical interventions does not found to be in the research. The results of the study makes authors to conclude that there is no specific reactions of the recipient of vascular prostheses BASEKS. This study is believed to indicate a high biocompatibility of these prostheses with the human body.
