Feasibility of allocation rules of the executive administrative violations in an independent branch of Belarusian national law

Standards of various branches of law (constitutional, administrative, civil, criminal, etc.) are divided into substantive law (regulating the content side of public relations) and procedural law (regulating the implementation and protection of substantive law) (1). The legal rules regulating criminal procedure, civil procedure are separated from the substantive criminal and civil law.
