The article substantiates the relevance of disclosing the concept of «human factor» in the scientific representation of management. As part of the system and process approach describes the basic elements that can influence the occurrence of this factor in the organization. This study will form a general idea of the human factor, which largely explains the reasons for the inefficiency of management.
