About the forged majority

The democracy is based at liberty most of citizens. However any of electoral systems does not exclude possibility of distortion of will of citizens. Moreover, such falsifications can exist and without illegal actions since they follow from the most mathematical algorithm of definition of the winner. Most of citizens, without understanding mathematics, can draw a wrong conclusion on fair result of vote though actually the will of the majority could be distorted at mathematical calculations. Various systems allow possibility of falsification at abuse of the right as from voters (strategic vote), and from candidates (strategic promotion). It is offered to prove superiority of systems of preferential vote before classical techniques of the categorical vote since they allow much less chances for leading of unfair results of elections.
