On the formation of value-communicative model of education in the humanities

The scientific work delves into the study of the state of modern education in the humanities and overcoming the process of human dehumanization. To this end, the paradigms of humanities education from the point of view of essence and due are defined; the priority forms (methods and techniques) of organizing educational work to ensure the humanitarization of the educational process are considered; the tendencies of its optimization are revealed. The novelty of the study lies in the substantiation of the necessity to form a model of cultural-humanitarian orientation, which will allow to overcome the contradiction in the existing paradigms of education in the humanities: pragmatic (at the level of essence) and cultural-humanitarian (at the level of due). Methodology research is based on the application of socio-philosophical analysis, axiological approach and sociological research data. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that the course on the education humanitarization should be systematic and supported at the level of the state, society and the individual. This will allow to distance from the widely spread utilitarian-pragmatic worldview and guide the young generation along the humanistic vector of development.
