On the creation of a fuzzy model for resource potential assessment of an energy sales organization taking into account the integration strategy for the development of innovative projects

The article emphasizes the relevance of increasing energy efficiency, which is one of the components of state policy for the economy and electric power industry development. We have identified the types of enterprises, in partnership with which energy sales organizations will be able to create unique projects that contribute to increasing the energy efficiency of technological complexes of electricity consumers based on innovative technologies. The article focuses on the key features of the integration of energy sales organizations with such enterprises and organizations. We have shown the classification of resources that is most appropriate to the peculiar workings of energy sales organizations and defined the indicators that determine each type of resource and partner organization according to integration. The article characterizes the most appropriate approaches to the development and implementation of the model, allowing for the incompleteness of information. We emphasizes the possibility of using the developed fuzzy model for assessing the resource potential of an energy sales organization, taking into account the strategies of integration and horizontal diversification in the development of innovative technologies for electric grid organizations.
