On the formation of general competences for professions/specialties TOP-50 at students in professional educational organizations and ways of their solution

The article presents the results of a theoretical study covering more than three hundred methodological developments of occupations of teachers and masters of industrial training. Based on the analysis, three main problems in the work of teachers and masters of industrial training on the formation of general competencies in the professions / specialties of TOP-50 among students in vocational educational institutions are identifi ed. The article suggests ways to solve these problems in the process of working with teachers and masters of vocational training and recommendations for improving the methodological support of teachers and masters of vocational training. As one of the ways to solve these problems, the author proposed a methodology for preparatory work on the formation of common competencies among students in professional educational organizations, developed for teachers and masters of vocational training.
