Formation of legal culture in modern Russia

In Russia, as in the entire post-Soviet space, serious changes are taking place in all spheres of social life. On the one hand, they show that in the public consciousness of the elite and the masses there was an overestimation of values: most people rejected the administrative-command principle of organization and authoritarian methods of leading the country. On the other hand, in the course and as a result of the reforms, the attitude of Russian citizens to themselves, to society, to political and state institutions is changing. Russia is experiencing a period of changing political and cultural paradigms, an integral part of which is the formation of a new legal culture.
