The article presents an approach to the formation of the subject bachelors ICT-competence who are future teachers of mathematics in the process of training in the direction of “Teacher Education”. It is depicted there the necessity of forming the subject ICT-competence of Mathematics Bachelor in the conditions of realization of the Concept of mathematics education development and the introduction of new state educational standards, in which computer support of subject teaching and formation of readiness of students to the usage of information technology opportunities for solving math problems is regarded as a imperative component. In the article are formulated subjects ICT-competences of the mathematics teacher determining his readiness and ability to use methodological possibilities of modern software tools and environments for teaching school mathematics, which formation can be carried out within existing curricula for preparing Bachelors by various proposed methods. As modern computer tools are considered dynamic geometry environment (DGE) and their advantages in comparison with other information (software) technology. Among the dynamic geometry environment is highlighted GeoGe-bra, which is popular among teachers and researchers from around the world. The article lists the features of DGE GeoGebra in comparison with other systems, its graphics capabilities are described in details. Opportunities of the program can be widely used in the study of the whole school mathematics course but especially important is its application in the study of geometrical material.
