About formation of psychological and pedagogical culture of a future teacher

This article actualizes the need for the formation of a psychological, pedagogical culture of a future teacher. The interpretation of the psycho-pedagogical culture of the future teacher as a structural ormation, represented by the unity of the value-semantic, emotional-activity and behavioral components, is proposed, and the content of these components is substantiated: the content of the value-semantic component forms knowledge and views, the content emotional-activity component - attitude to educational activity, professional duty and psychological and pedagogical skills, pedagogical abilities, contains if behavioral component - the relationship of the future teacher to the people around, fi nds its external expression in the style of his fi gure-ness, behavior and communication. The author shows the possibilities of pedagogical practice and the discipline «Pedagogy» in the formation of the psychological and pedagogical culture of students and gives examples of lecture and seminar classes, the content of which is aimed at the formation of a psycho-pedagogical culture of future teachers.
