About the formation early readiness of cadets for activities in a complex operational environment

The article talks about the need to organize in specialized universities of law enforcement agencies of Russia such a type of professional training that would facilitate the acquisition of students in advance readiness for action in a difficult operational situation. The author substantiates the organizational ways of forming cadets' readiness for professional activity in extreme conditions, as well as, on the basis of an experimental study, an effective method for achieving an optimal level of readiness is proposed.
