On state regulation of the cultural sphere

The article is concerned with the features of public management in the culturalsphere. The comparative study of the international experience and practice ofthe state regulation of cultural life is presented. The authors demonstrated thatin the context of global instability tendencies as well as political and economiccrisis, the necessity of statehood strengthening and national security, unity ofthe entire people, awareness of their own civilized identity and self-esteem isincreased significantly for Russia. In addition, it emphasizes special role of thestate regulation of the cultural sphere. As it turned out, the efficiency of the stateregulation in the cultural sphere will be determined by what extent these measureswill be approved with the topology of the market attractors of nonlinear changesin the national economic system.
