On groups with cyclic intersections of nonincident (maximal) subgroups

The paper considers groups with cyclic intersections of nonincident subgroups (СN-groups). Finite solvable and infinite binary finite CN-groups are described based on the description of finite solvable CIM-groups obtained in [1]. The study of finite unsolvable CIM-groups is reduced to the description of simple and some quasisimple groups with this condition.
