On the legal constructions of customs affairs and customs regulation

The article is devoted to the analysis of legal constructions of customs affairs and customs regulation. The author compares the customs affairs and the customs regulation among himself, as well as with other categories of customs law. It is noted that the main subjects of customs law are the customs authorities and persons moving goods across the customs border. It is concluded that customs regulation includes rules and procedures for the movement of goods, and the customs affairs takes the methodological basis of this process, which is regulated by customs legislation.
