On the constitutional model of welfare state in a market economy

Purpose: This paper presents the concepts of welfare state, sociality of market economy, and social justice. Methodology: Legalistic, comparative, historical and dialectical methods are used. Results: The conditions of economic regulation in the interests of certain social groups are established. It is proven by the author that it is impossible to build such a state and a society in which absolutely everyone will live the same way.The role of the state in the formation of social justice is established. Different constitutional models that govern social order in general are analyzed as well. Novelty / originality / value: The paper has a certain scientific value and practical significance.
