Personal and professional competence of a future specialist in foreign language classes

Readiness for the professional work is carried out by means of forming a valuable attitude to work, developing abilities, skills (or the basics of professionalism), as well as purposefulness in the development. It is noted that professional activity is a long stage of personal improvement. The focus of the Federal State Educational Standard of the university on the formation of an independent personality with a high level of self-organization is emphasized. The components of self-organization are formulated: self-analysis, self-control and self-assessment.The research activity of a university student is considered as a means of organizing independent work, which teaches to find and solve given problems, accumulates experience of self-development and contributes to the professional formation of a future specialist.
