On lingua-communicative provision of the modernization processes in the Russian society and communicative security

The paper offers the author’s concept of lingua-communicative provision of Russia’s modernization process, and discusses the issues of communicative security of the state, urged with developing info-communication technologies and arising new geo-political and global economic challenges. The key directions for further democratic development of the Russian society are defined, and the vital spheres of the relevant socio-discursive analysis are determined.
