On literary biography of Sergei Tsyrendorzhiev

The article reviews the features of literary biography of Sergei Tsyrendorzhiev, the famous Buryat writer of the second half of the 20th century. Despite numerous reviews, essays and articles about his works, there is still no complete study of his biography and all of his work. Tsyrendorzhiev’s work as an editor-in-chief of the “Baikal” magazine was of great importance for the literary life of Buryatia. In this regard, overview of his creative biography helps understand the author’s concept, reveal his artistic world in the context of the era and the literary process.
