On logical and historical methods in a legal knowledge: scientifiс-philosophical and legal aspects of research

The article analyzes the positions of scientists presented in philosophical, logical, legal and historical literature on methods of knowledge, highlighting the main sections related to the issue of methods in scientific, philosophical and legal knowledge. Considerable attention is paid to logical methods of analyzing the conceptual apparatus of legal science and deduction. Based on the totality of works of scientists, the author gives examples of the use of logical methods in various types of legal knowledge - theoretical and historical-legal, criminal and criminal-procedural, civil and labor, constitutional law. The article also compares the importance of logical and historical methods in legal knowledge, and presents the works of scientists in which the unity of historical and logical approaches in legal knowledge is traced.
