The authors analyzed the risks that participants in public-private partnership (PPP) projects may be exposed to. Examples of various projects, financial characteristics of participants - executors of PPP projects are given and approaches to their classification are proposed. The characteristics of companies that act in PPP projects as executors - suppliers and contractors - are analyzed, and appropriate management recommendations are proposed.
