Methodology of increasing public security management efficiency in consideration of human social health

The necessity of developing the methodology of increasing the efficiency of public security management in the Republic of Buryatia based on the principle of primary accounting and forming individual and public interests and needs have been substantiated. The limited capabilities of the modern system for providing public security has been demonstrated. The necessity of transition to a numerical assessment of public security has been established.The research work has been carried out within the Concept of National Security in the Russian Federation, which provides continuous improvement of the public security system.
