On modernization of the educational sphere of Kyrgyzstan and interaction with international institutions

The article presents an analysis of the modernization of the education sector in the Kyrgyz Republic. The main chronological stages of the adoption of normative legal acts, which were the continuation of the stages of its reform, are considered. The role of international institutions is also noted, which contributed to the further formation of the updated education system, its qualitative transformation in the conditions of new market relations. The trend of a temporary drop in the level of education in the Kyrgyz Republic, which was a consequence of the socio-economic problems of the early and mid-90s. XX century. was the starting impetus for large-scale transformations and at the current stage these problems are being solved quite dynamically in the Kyrgyz Republic.
