About prevention of multiple voting of voters

The paper analyzes the procedure for registration of voters in the Russian Federation, which allows for the possibility of multiple voting and, consequently, falsification of its results. The procedures established in the electoral legislation of foreign countries are considered. It has been determined that the best solution to the problem is the use of special electronic citizen IDs when conducting in-person or remote electronic voting.
