On the inadmissibility of using hypnosis during interrogation in criminal proceedings

Interrogation with the help of hypnosis in the framework of the criminal process of Russia has no legal regulation, but this does not mean that it is categorically refused. Today the problem of using hypnosis for the purpose of solving and investigating crimes can be considered as sharply controversial in the field of forensics and criminal proceedings. Despite the arguments of supporters of using hypnosis method to obtain the information necessary to solve crimes, the author believes that so far the position of opponents of this method is more stable.
