On some aspects of assessment of digital maturity of educational system management

The management of the educational system in the conditions of digitalization is undergoing significant changes. The authors show that legal and organizational mechanisms of management determine the development of the educational system in the conditions of digitalization. The indicator of the transition from pre-digital to digital management of the educational system is digital transformation, and the main criterion of such transformation is digital maturity.According to the authors, the main criteria of digital maturity, reflecting the qualitative state of digital transformation of the educational system, are the coefficients of resistance and technological permeability of the educational environment.
