About some innovations of the legislation on the contract system of the Russian Federation 01.01.2019

This article analyzes some innovations of the legislation on the contract system of the Russian Federation, which entered into force on January 1, 2019, including: the obligation of customers to conduct procurement in electronic form, mandatory registration of all bidders in the Unified Procurement Information System, exemption from the obligation to provide collateral any state and municipal institutions and others.
