About Some Features of the Formation of the Model of Ethnic Tolerance Among the Cadets of the Voronezh Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia (Based on the Materials of the Questionnaire)

The performance of social and communicative functions is an integral part of the professional activity of a teacher, officer, educator, mentor. In these conditions, it is extremely important to have the skill to interact with other people, work together in a team, be able to find a compromise, avoid conflicts, listen to the opinions of other employees (colleagues). Therefore, it seems that the formation and development of ethnic tolerance of cadets is among the most urgent problems for educational institutions of higher education of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia). As part of the study of some features of the formation of the model of ethnic tolerance, the institutes staff conducted a questionnaire among the variable composition in 2022. The study was an attempt to study the phenomenon of ethnic tolerance of cadets on the example of students of the Voronezh Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, to develop and present a number of features that affect the model of ethnic tolerance formation. This study was conducted in order to improve the system of pedagogical control of the educational process. At the same time, the dynamically changing interethnic and interfaith reality was taken into account.
