About some features and problems of qualification of involvement of a minor in the commission of a crime

This article analyzes the issues of qualification of a socially dangerous act, which is expressed in the involvement of a minor in the commission of a criminal act. The author focuses on the features and problems of qualification of this corpus delicti, since in practice sometimes there are problems of criminal legal assessment of the analyzed act. At the end of the article, their own conclusions are drawn regarding the characteristics of the qualification of this crime.
