About some features of protection of labor rights of medical workers

The article considers the issues of the peculiarities of the legal status of medical workers in the field of organizing their labor activity, analyzes some issues of the duration of the working hours of medical workers. The authors cite specific decisions of the courts when considering labor disputes concerning the reduction in the working day of a medical worker. It was proposed to revise the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation towards a more respectful attitude to the work of medical workers.
